于2012年9月正式注册为合法NGO组织。
自2013年开始进行免费哺乳课，目前已超过1000人受惠。
2015年于雪州蒲种设立会所。

Malaysia Breastfeeding & Natural Parenting (MBNPA) was established in September 2012 and registered as Non-Governmental Organization (NGO). It is also the first Chinese-medium breastfeeding and natural parenting association in Malaysia. Prior to this, it has been set up and actively engaged as "Malaysia Breastfeeding and Parenting Community," in Facebook more than six years. Today it has more than 16,000 members on the social media. The Association aims to promote breastfeeding and natural parenting, an effort to promote (i) breastfeeding, (ii) natural parenting, (iii) autistic children with special care, and (iv) the concern of family origin.
